Frappe Social is a Bangkok-based agency providing Branding, Graphic Design, Web Design, Brand Presentation, and Mobile Application services. Submitting a lead form does not constitute a binding contract. A formal project only begins once a signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and deposit are received.

 

B. Intellectual Property (IP)

 

Our Work: All content on this website—including our "Touch, See, Share" tagline, kinetic typography styles, and portfolio samples—is the intellectual property of Frappe Social.

 

C. Website Usage

While we strive for a seamless digital experience, we are not liable for temporary downtime or technical errors. This website is intended for professional use by individuals aged 18 and older.

 

D. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.
